Nath Kovind initiated the logo and the web portal for tribute of 150th
birth anniversary of Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi on September
18, 2018.
The 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma
Gandhi is celebrated in the form of 2-year-long festivities from October 2,
2018 to 2020 Competition inFocus Arihant Publication around the nation and all over the world. The logo branding will be done
in trains, metro rail, air India aircrafts, state-roadways
buses, government websites, e-mails, government stationery,
calendar, Competition in focus
government advertisements and digital 'signature. The web
portal 'http://gandhi.gov.in' is participatory in nature and all the
participating organisations will be able to upload their activities regarding commemoration
on the website Competition infocus.
